What you absolutely must have!

Why I chose these:

The professional grade mic will be compatible with all phones with a 3.5mm headphone jack or an adapter. You will need to have that to use any lavalier mic with a phone. Otherwise you're in the XLR or sound capture device world.

The Neewer ring light is nice because you don't have to buy anything else to use with it. Simply unpack from it's included case, screw on the light, position your phone in the included bracket and presto you make videos in any indoor lighting situation. It also includes a second filter which handles orange. In addition there is a remote control with this kit for setting up video or selfies which requires an app install if you want to use it. Finally, when you're done break down couldn't be easier and you put it in its included case for easy storage.

Let's take a yoga retreat!

If you were going to plan a yoga retreat, here's what you should consider bringing for your guests

Towels - these are nice because they are quick drying and have a nice little attachment for drying.

What yoga retreat would be complete without a journal. Providing your guests with something to write on is a nice touch.

And of course pens can never be too plentiful whether it's jungle or desert climate, so bring extras.

Well you're going to need something to put it all in too. How about a nice colorful gift bag?

Oh, and one more thing. Since you're probably going to be releasing some bad shit, you might want these to float that shit away.

That's about all I can think of for now!

Enjoy your retreat.

The Moral Dilemma

The other day I was at a "famous coffee chain" here in Santa Monica which shall remain nameless. I entered and placed my coffee order for an iced Americano and noticed the baristas were conspicuously preoccupied with other things. I'm not sure what actually, but I will assume it was the type of side work you have to do in the restaurant biz.
